Support contact working?

I have attempted to use the https://www.brultech.com/contact/ support page twice over the past few months with no success. Is there a better way to get in touch with support, should I post questions here instead, or is there a email address to try? Thanks

Strange, last email I have in support is from 2016 from your email address.
