Some issues have been resolved in the latest firmware version. This also includes many new features.

It is strongly recommended to upgrade your firmware (free of course). This consists of connecting your Energy Consumption Monitor to a computer and re-flashing (re-programming) the firmware. The firmware is the internal program that runs your energy monitor.

If you did not purchase the software package with your unit, you may not have the required data cable to do this. You will need to acquire a "USB type A, Male-to-Male" cable. You will also require the USB drivers downloadable from the same page as that for the firmware upgrade:
