Hi,
I'm in the process of adding outlets for EV charging, (3 phase/11kW @400V), and of course, I want to keep track of the car consumption using my GEM.
Problem is, that it is 'full'.
Some years ago, there was some talk about extender boards or something along those lines, was it ever realised, or did it end on the drawing board?
I guess my other options is to buy a secondary GEM, (but its kind of a tough solution for only a few more channels), or use some inputs in double?
Extension module?

The channel extension was never released. Your best value moving forward is to purchase a ECM-1240 assuming it supports 3 phase. Considering this is for the long term a GEM would offer more advantage for the extra cost which is more electrical channels, 8 temp, and 4 pulse.

Thx, I guess you are right. it is just that hurdle of installation, but as you say, it is a good path for growing.Teken wrote: a GEM would offer more advantage for the extra cost which is more electrical channels, 8 temp, and 4 pulse.
