I'm at a complete loss as to what the problem could be at the moment besides the program doesn't support a 32 bit operating system?

I checked the libraries, I don't think they're bound to 32/64.

I'll have to look more into that error message.

Maybe the computers are missing some kind of dependency like was seen in the back up utility like the NET frame work?

Just spit balling out some random thoughts bouncing around in my empty head.

I just installed on both my black and silver Dashbox's. Installed with no issues

Could be your Java version, but I'd figure that's up to date since you use ISY controllers.
