1. How many single pole 120 / dual pole 240 circuit breakers do you have.

2. How many of those do you wish to monitor.

3. The two primary feeds that enter the home determine which Split CT you will purchase which monitors the entire homes electrical consumption. You have a choice of 100, 170, and 200 amps split CT's.

4. Do you have a limited budget if so the ECM-1240 is the best short term value to monitor your homes energy consumption.

5. If this is for the long term the over all best value is the GEM which provides 32 circuits, 8 temperature, and 4 pulse inputs.
