tnakelski What hybrid hot water heater would you recommend?
I could convert to gas, I have the gas line in the area of the electric hot water heaters but I don't have a vent which of course could be installed as well. My water heater is located in my basement area on a back wall. I could route a vent to an outside wall and then run the vent up the outside wall. I have a Santa Fe design thus there would be no roof overhang that I'd have to worry about. To hide the vent I could enclose it in a fake gutter downspout.
