I think I summed up my situation in the pdf attachment for you to see. Details and pics are there so I would appreciate if you can contact me with any further questions.

Cheers, Jack

Hey Jack,

Unfortunately we don't currently support 3-phase 50Hz. The issue being is we haven't done a lot of 3-phase 50Hz testing.

Ok Ben, then how about setting me up to help get you going for testing? There is a big market for this as people take energy management seriously now. In China alone this would be big business.

Ben,
I have been reading of users in Australia and Europe using the GEM. Same voltages as in CHina, so I am a bit confused now why you say you don't support it? Is it about the 3 phase bit?

Yeah, we support 50Hz, just not the 3-phase bit.

Is it 3-phase Wye or 3-phase Delta? We definitely can't support Delta at this point, but we can discuss if it's Wye.

How do I tell if it's Delta or WYE?

Talked with Paul and based on your information it's WYE.

Can you send an email over to brultech(at)gmail.com? Paul can discuss 50Hz 3-phase with you to determine what we can do.

Can you try sending again? Those emails also get relayed to me and I didn't get anything.

Hi Ben,

I've sent you a PM regarding my 3ph/50 Hz installation I bought GEM for. And now I did find this post - what is the true here?
I based my purchase on the information from Brultech, also when ordering I did state my needs - EU country 400V/ 50Hz and there was no replay that you are not supporting this.
So, please insure me that it was not lost investment for me.

Beat Regards

LoWang
