brand new GEM

I just received my GEM, have configured wireless to talk to it, have enet/wireless combo, am connected wireless. Unit connects fine (green box) When I try to do anything in the GEM network utility version 4.2, I get Greeneye sn, module () , GEM port changes to 1 , and a timeout error box. Is there a newer version of GEM Network Utility ??

The only thing you'll need to use that program for is firmware upgrades so don't worry about it yet.
