I would like to use 4 micro CT-100s on CH2 to measure power use for our heat pump. The heat pump is supplied by 1 dual 60A breaker and 1 dual 30A breaker. These are in a 100A sub panel that I formerly monitored with 2 split 100 CTs on the feed to the sub panel. We've now added other loads to the sub-panel so I need to move the monitoring point to each dual breaker to separate the heat pump from the other loads.
I chose CT-100s rather than CT-80s because they are reported to have higher accuarcy, and all CTs on one channel must be the same type.
Brultech's CT calculator says 4 micro CT-100s can be put on one CH channel, but requires a special parallel-series configuration, and to contact Brultech for instructions.
Can you explain how the CT-100s should be configured, and what, if any, burden resistor is required to use CH2?
Thanks
?Question, How should 4 micro CT-100s be connected to CH2?

I've attached a sketch Paul made for the setup.Jimk33 wrote:I would like to use 4 micro CT-100s on CH2 to measure power use for our heat pump.
