Help resetting ECM-1240

I've had a lot of trouble trying to setup my 1240 with EngineG. I was able to connect it for a few minutes and was configuring via the ECM-1240 Setup tab and now it doesn't seem to connect or send data anymore. I've tried a reboot and resetting (with F1 button). But I can't seem to keep a connection for more than a few seconds. I've checked the Etherport, and it's okay. There's just no data being sent. Anywhere to look first?
