Can you power GEM and DB off of 12 Volts

I bought a UPS that had been recommended and turns out it has 12V outputs

They can't be powered by 12V unfortunately.

What UPS model did you purchase?

It is a TalentCell SL3400
It has 12 V outputs, but it also has 2 USB 5V 2A outputs but doesnt have USB to Brultech cables.
Do you happen to know of cables Ben or other users ??
