I keep running into issues every now and then where the GreenEye quits sending data.
The device is on the network and can be pinged, but the web interface is not responsive. I am using the Ethernet module.
I have BTMON setup in client mode, and it's not able to connect to port 80 to retrieve data and send it to MQTT.
After I power off the unit and power it back on, it starts sending data again.
COM firmware ver: 5.13
ENG firmware ver: 1.49
RealTime Status: ON
Packet Send Interval: 5
Pri. Packet Format: 4
Sec. Packet Format: 0
Sys Status: OK
Any ideas as to what may be going on?

Can you try enabling COM1 Auto Reset? If it works after that, the Ethernet module may be getting overwhelmed at times and locking up.thesalcedo wrote: ↑Thu May 06, 2021 11:00 amI keep running into issues every now and then where the GreenEye quits sending data.

Re: Greeneye Stops sending data
Thanks Ben!
Would it make more sense to use the "COM1 No Response Counter"? If 'n' packets have not been ACKD by the Ethernet module, send a reset signal.
It does sound the the "COM1 Auto Reset Timer" forces a reset on the COM whether it has an issue or not?
Oscar.

I would use the Auto Reset as the No Response may not be reliable. Better to force it to happen.thesalcedo wrote: ↑Thu May 06, 2021 12:11 pmThanks Ben!
