GreenEye stopped reporting to my Dashbox

So I know my GEM is old and it needs to be updated.....

Does it stop reporting when the card is full?

It was working in April.

I have saved about 7000kwh per year since I installed this device.

Now my goal is to go from 23,000KwH to 18,000KwH or 1500KwH per month.

I have not been monitoring it for awhile and somehow I let energy creep get me last year.

Tried clearing the minute data but it is stuck backing up the data.

I assume it is because the card is full.

In case anyone comes across this thread, we got it back up and running by updating to the latest DashBox F/W and then clearing minute data.
