Weather Flo and solar production
Hi There
I read that the feather flow also records solar radiation which I hope is the same as solar irradiance in W/m2
Does this also get logged by the dashbox ?
If it is logged, I guess it would be possible to create power graphs which can compare solar production with solar radiation ?
Has anyone done this ?

Re: Weather Flo and solar production
We currently only support Humidity, Pressure, and Temperature (WeatherFlow Air). The Sky isn't supported yet. I'm out of the office today due to an ice storm, but I can check tomorrow to see how far along the Sky integration was.seacontracting wrote:Hi There

For which temperatures is the Weather flow calibrated? Because I was planning to buy this house in Thessaloniki, Greece and move there now that I can work from home, but as you can see, it's in a very sunny place and the roof is quite large, I'm afraid it'll create a large zone that's hotter than usual and mess with the input.
If it is a problem, I'll try to put the readers further away from the house in the yard and put solar panels on the roof instead.

it actually calculates the solar radiation based on illuminance. It's approximately 0.008403 x of illuminance.seacontracting wrote:Hi There

I don't understand what you are asking.Kilo_SSK wrote:For which temperatures is the WeatherFlow calibrated?
However The unit that measures temperature sits in a shaded area and will not be affected by the heat from the roof.

Okay, thanks for the answer! I was wondering whether the temperature there would be too much, and if the roof or something else could create interferences, turns out I don't have to worry about it!
