Just to be clear are you saying the left & right values are reversed in the DB?

Sorry no. In top pick the gauge for total consumption says 1625, the gauge beside it says 1625 - title main left and the third gauge says 804 - title main right.

Also the other issue is all the kw/hr usage is being reported from mainly one GEM - the one that is looking at the right side of box. Attached pic shows usage past 11 hours and channel 1 now called empty (was main right till I moved it to other GEM) has total usage for that main but the below channels add up to significantly more than the main - I hope the main issue was having mains separated on two GEms. sorry if I am not able to explain clearly but essentially right side main say used 6000 but add up channels is 9000. Left main said used 5000 but add up channels and they say 1000 - not exact numbers just example.

Hello Shayne,

Lets try to keep this simple -

1. In the picture you just provided of the GEM's live tab. Is this a current image of both Split 200 CT's inserted into channel 1 & 2? I ask because I see no energy readings ( watts / amps ) on channel 1? :?:

No that was other GEM that had the other main - no reading now as moved to other GEM.

Just showing that the sum of the channels is very high. The following is the GEM with both mains. Again look at all the channels are very low but main channel 1 is very high - that is the left main and that is what this GEM is monitoring.

I thought the left main usage would match the usage of all the circuits on the left side and same thing for the right side - makes sense to a laymen but I no where near an expert.

Yes, ideally all the loads would add up for each side (Left vs Right) on the mains. Keeping in mind there will be a slight variance due to tolerances and type & range settings. Regardless, are you sure you haven't set one of the GEM's channels within the Dash Box to MAIN?

I ask because when you have two GEM's connected to the DB the expected behavior is that you have essentially expanded the default 32 channels to 64. Meaning if any of the other 32 channels are set and defined as MAIN in the DB it will give you odd values to be displayed in the various charts, graphs, dials etc.

As of about 3 hours ago only two mains both on one of the GEMs channel 1 and 2. But before that had the mains split between GEMs so yes there is some noise in the graphs and tables as the old main one the right GEM still has values in it even though it is now disconnected. The left GEM has been almost unchanged except I moved what was on channel 2 to channel 21 to make room for the main from other GEM. - so that creates some noise as well.
And maybe that simply made everything just not work and I will look tomorrow once it is stable. I just thought since the left main has not moved and neither have any of left channels (except 2 to 21) and All have been on for 14 hours - left main says 7200 but I can not get to 1000 if I count all other left channels.
I probably have to relook at panel to make sure I have not put two cts on one line anywhere by mistake my panel with 40 slit 30s and 8 split 60's is pretty full.
I really do appreciate you helping.

Hello Shayne,

Just to be clear please ensure in the Dash Box -> Settings -> Energy Monitors -> Dash Box Settings: That you have enabled (selected) channels 1 & 2 as MAIN.

All other channels for BOTH GEM's should not be selected as MAIN.

As seen in this image capture . . .

I selected them both as main 1 & 2. Did not do the net.

I will try that. So "main left" is not set to main just net?

Had it like this:
