Do I use 1 or 2 CTs on a 120v GFCI breaker?

Do I use 1 or 2 CTs on a 120v GFCI breaker?

I have 2 breakers that are GFCI breakers. They have 2 wires, including a white. I assume this is a neutral? Should I use 1 or 2 CTs and if 1 which wire does it go on?

One Ct on the (hot/load/black) wire, not the white/neutral wire.
