Where can I find the GEM Manual??
I got my GEM on Friday, but there's no manual to make sure I'm setting up the CTs correctly. Anyone point me to a location to download it. Nothing came in the box.

I also tried to set up a Brultech account to get access to all the documentation.......but they only ask for 1220 and 1240 serial numbers. When I enter my GEM serial number it errors out.

Working on getting a software section up. For now, you can download the manuals and setup software from http://www.brultech.com/GEM/files/GEM_Files.zip.

I suspected that but I have since found out that the computer needs to have the Java Run-Time Engine (not just Java for the browser). Ben sent me a link so I thought I would post it here so other may benefit from this information: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/ ... 37588.html
