I am having problems with a GEM to buy 1 week ago. I connect everything as it says in the manual. Could access the Net and the RS232 port and read the voltage of the installation. After connecting a CT and I was reading 400W at any moment I stop reading the 400 W. And now I don't get voltage. The value of the voltage is always 0 and I have everything connected properly.
GEM says 0V

Re: GEM says 0V
What firmware version are you running? It'll tell you on the "System Settings" tab.

Re: GEM says 0V
I sent you an email with the most recent firmware and instructions. There was an issue in 1.51 that can result in losing settings in certain situations.
Just in case anyone else checks this thread, voltage showing 0 can be caused by incorrect configuration of the PT settings:
If a jumper is installed on the header labelled HD7 behind the power input on the GEM:
Type: 187
Range: 3
If no jumper:
Type: 194
Range: 4
