PT & Voltage reading Issue

Post by daudet » Mon Feb 19, 2024 11:59 am

Hi,
i had corruption in the GEM and had to start all over.
Everything is back to normal but the PT in old corrupted config was PT Type: 254 and PT Range: 160
After rebuilt i cant put back PT Range: 160

I have it at PT Type: 254 and PT Range: 4
Volt reading is 77.8V

I have tested our the PT xfor and i have 13.86 vac Original Brultech xformer.
Any Clue what is the problem.

I would update the COM to the latest at https://www.brultech.com/software before proceeding.

I'll email you over a manual to change your SN back.

https://www.brultech.com/software/files ... _v1.1_.pdf has all the PT settings for the various PTs we've gone thru. Given the 77V, it sounds like it's possibly Type: 205 Range:3.

Thanks Ben
the PT is back on track with Type: 205 Range:3.
I notice the serial change due to corruption.
i have updated the COM to latest from 4.0
But in Dashbox still no update. Last packet update was yesterday at 2h44pm Nothinig has changed regarding the Serial connection between GEM and DB
Probably due to serial.? Should i remove this monitor and refresh?

Don't remove it, change the serial number to something like 0110#### or 0100#### (01104234 for example).
