Dashbox with loading error

Hello,
My dashbox seems to have stopped working with this in the upper cornerhttps://drive.google.com/file/d/1_w50Kr ... sp=sharing

I can access the GEM and see live datahttps://drive.google.com/file/d/1l9_3Wx ... sp=sharing

My dashbox shows https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LVdw5Q ... sp=sharing
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pkyXhz ... sp=sharing

for some reason I cant get my pictures to show

I have tried
updating firmware
clearing memory
checking and changing com ports and data types
creating new SD card
installing backups with program to SD card
I can see with Utility

I tried communicating TCP/IP but I do not think my GEM is setup for that because I do not get the options shown in the manua

What is my next step?

The issue is likely it can't resolve the time servers being used.

With the new F/W go into the Network settings and re-save your Ethernet settings and give it a reboot. There was a few older DashBoxes that need an update to their DNS resolution.

Wait about 5 minutes and see if that's resolved.

GIve this one a go, same thing after installed, go to Network->Ethernet, save settings.

waited 5 to 10 min loaded web page same thing.

My Gem# is still not showing up in the settings > energy monitors
It shows in Baud rate status.

My time shows correct but normally I am UTC -6 .

What format do the pictures have to be in to show with the function?

You should be able to attach and place in-line at the bottom of the post.

I have to leave soon so for now, set the DashBox to offline mode (Admin Settings) and set the time manually via the Time Adjust section.

Send me an email, if you're able to port forward I'll jump on it and fix it up manually tomorrow. I'll need access to port 9500 on the DashBox.
