Symptoms:
- No packets received since yesterday
The System led alternates red and green (see video)
The GEM is reachable by ethernet, and shows OK status, but not reachable by RS232 (see screenshots)
I've powercycled both the GEM and the Dashbox several times, no change.
How should I troubleshoot this further?

What DashBox F/W are you on?
What COM port on the GEM do you have the STS cable plugged into?
Go to Settings->System->Change Baudrates on the DashBox and report back the Status.

That was it!
For some reason the baudrate had changed. I fixed it and now everything works. Thanks!
