One of my GEM channels seems to be broken. With no CT connected, it constantly shows a load of 960 watts (fluctuating slightly).
Is there a way to fix this? I have tried a full reset of the GEM which did not help.
Thanks!

Re: Broken Channel
Check to make sure you don't have any Micro-CTs hooked up like a Split. This will cause bleed to other channels on the GEM.nbsvirginia wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 11:17 amOne of my GEM channels seems to be broken. With no CT connected, it constantly shows a load of 960 watts (fluctuating slightly).

Re: Broken Channel
All Micro CT's are connected on the inner two connections (B-Type). Only the S200 and the S100 are connected on the outer ones (A-Type).
It is Channel 3.

Try disconnecting CH1/CH2 to see if there's an issue with the burden in one of the Split CTs.nbsvirginia wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 1:07 pmAll Micro CT's are connected on the inner two connections (B-Type). Only the S200 and the S100 are connected on the outer ones (A-Type).

Re: Broken Channel
Great catch @ben. Seems the S100 are the cause for the bleeding. I will order new ones.ben wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 2:35 pmTry disconnecting CH1/CH2 to see if there's an issue with the burden in one of the Split CTs.nbsvirginia wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 1:07 pmAll Micro CT's are connected on the inner two connections (B-Type). Re: Broken Channel
Try one, then try the other. It would be weird if both are defective. Contact sales(at)brultech.com when you figure it out and let them know you have a defective S100. They should be able to help you out.nbsvirginia wrote: ↑Wed Jun 29, 2022 11:48 amGreat catch @ben. Seems the S100 are the cause for the bleeding.
