Hi Ben,
We've tried changing a few settings but are still seeing the same odd data errors for energy consumption values. Only a tiny fraction of records have the error (.002% of records the last 4 days).
Still seeing the truncation of values with no clear pattern, and one record that seems to belong to a different channel (the value is consistent with the other channel's sequence, and that other channel its missing an entry for the timestamp).

Can you provide any guidance or is there a support contact we should work with for resolution?
