New GEM Installation
Hey, All.
I'm working on installing my new GEM/DashBox setup.
I've only connected a few CTs, including the two SP-200s on the main entrance.
Right now, the Dashbox says, "Status ERR" at the top with a red "alarm", and when clicked, says:
Uptime: 17 hours 42 minutes
Data Logging Space: 28.885 GB (1317.9 days for 1 GEM)
Main Panel is displaying 0 watts and no generated channels detected.
The SP-200s are connected on 1/2 + 3/4 pins on port 1, and the dashboard does show a typical kWh reading (right now showing 800 watts).
The only reference to "Main Panel" that I'm finding in the various PDF documents are in reference to Net Metering, which, if I recall, is only useful to those with solar/alternative generation, which I don't have. I'm straight-up utility fed.
What am I missing?

Find the channel with your Main Channel CTs and set the Main setting on that channel, click the Save Settings in the top-right.

D'oh! Didn't even notice that button there.
Strange, though, there is no "Save Settings" button on the page. Even looked at the underlying HTML for that text and it didn't find it.
I was able to get it to save somehow clicking out and coming back to it.
Thanks!

Tried Chrome, Microsoft Edge both omit the SAVE button.
Just tried IE and it does show there. I think that's the first time I've launched IE in more than a year.

Try applying 4.2.4b12: http://brultech.com/software/files/down ... 2_4b12.img under System->Update Firmware.

Re: New GEM Installation
No improvement. The IE browser does almost everything right, except the Overview page never displays. "Page is loading..." is displayed on first login, but even the link at the top of the page doesn't seem to do anything. It does take it to the /#/Summary URL, but nothing changes in the frame.
Chrome seems to render the page way too large; have to scroll right and down to see the "Light / Dark" buttons.
I see references to conditional use of stylesheets in the HTML, so my guess is, the CSS pages need some tweaks.

We haven't tested in IE in a long time. The dashboard should work fine with Safari/Chrome/Firefox/Edge though.TonyPh12345 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 23, 2021 2:01 pmNo improvement. What's the display resolution you're viewing it on? Can you email me over some screenshots?
