Network Utility won't find GEM

I am just trying to bring up a GEM that I installed a couple of years ago... It is an ethernet only unit. I can bring up the setup web page (port 8000) on the unit fine, and the Device Discovery utility finds the unit fine. But the Network Utility can't locate it. Must be something simple...

The GEM Network Utility uses UDP ports 1460 and 5001, if they're blocked you won't be able to configure without using Direct IP Search.
I would try the Direct IP Search checkbox to see if that's able to connect.

Up and running perfectly now! Can't actually figure out why it wouldn't work before. No worries though. Firmware upgraded successfully to the latest.
