Sorry for the spin

You should run them at 115200 if possible as 19200 runs pretty slow. You'd need to switch this on the DashBox and the GEM.

The Ethernet is still broken, but not an issue any more, but I will try to get a beefier power supply. The AC supply went out and I replaced that. Didn't know that there was a current problem with the DC supply.
What did you replace the AC supply with? The AC supply is specifically built to our spec. Swapping it out will throw off your voltage readings.

You'll have to re-calibrate the new supply by measuring voltage at the same outlet as the PT is plugged into. It sounds like it's likely within the 120V range since no problems were mentioned about it, so you'll likely just need to adjust the PT Type (fine-tune value, PT Range doubles/halves the value).
I had a 12vac transformer sitting around. I measured 13.2vac with no load. I figured that was close enough.

How do I re-calibrate?

Log into the GEM's setup page and select channel option. You will need to use a True RMS DMM (Digital Multi Meter) and measure the line voltage where the GEM's PT is inserted. If you measure 121.0 VAC you will change the *PT Type* up or down to match that line voltage.

You can select the *Refresh Voltage* to see what the line voltage is. Once you're close enough you will of course select save after each change and than *Exit Setup Mode*.
