Long story short my GEM 5V power supply must have died sometime in September and I just noticed. Bought a new one and it seems I am almost back up (except SEG).
Anyways, I thought about updating the firmware at this point but when I enter my GEM serial number I get a "unknown serial number" error on the firmware page...
Any idea what is wrong?

Re: GEM Firmware download - invalid serial number
What serial number are you putting in? It should be an 8-digit number like 01100011 (you can just use that serial).nbsvirginia wrote:Long story short my GEM 5V power supply must have died sometime in September and I just noticed. Bought a new one and it seems I am almost back up (except SEG).
