Ethernet looses connectivity to Homeseer

Has anyone else ran into an issue where their GEM with ethernet only loses communication? I am running Homeseer as the place where my data goes now, and every 16 min or so, it has in the logs that the watchdog has missed communication from the GEM for 300 seconds (or so) and sends a reconnect. I did a wireshark on it, and I can see the packets coming in, doesn't seem like they stop working, but I do see a reset packet come through about the same time that the homeseer module reconnects. Thoughts?
