Hello,
I installed one GEM.
For a few weeks, it has WiFi problem, so I didn't check the status for a while.
Today, I checked the data, and I saw the live data looks bad..
In the last figure, you can see values on all channels. Actually, I am using 1-16 channels as shown in first photo.
Also, the values of ch 1-16 are weird. Channel 1 looks fine, but the others weird. It looks like Amp values look reasonable.
Since it is difficult to open the GEM again (installed in other's house), I would like to ask possible reasons and ways to overcome this issue.
1. Amps look ok. Why are power values bad? I observed CT wiring on GEM is not tight. Can it make this problem?
2. Why are there values on empty channel? Since I couldn't care this unit for a long time, is it possible to be damaged on board?
3. Is there any suggestion for this problem? I've attached the current settings. I think it is fine.
Thanks

Re: Values on empty channel.
1. Can you post a picture of your CT settings page?
2. The empty channels can pick up noise, this noise can be multiplied by CT settings. Given it's hard to access the channels, I'd suggest increasing the CT Range on the channels showing noise to a higher number (try to make it 5 or higher) and drop the CT Type to a low number..

Re: Values on empty channel.
Hello,
Thank you for the reply.
I just used CT settings given by the web interface.
I have Split200 for ch1, ch2-16 are Micro 50 except Channel 7 (Micro 100).
I am not quite sure about the numbers of Type and Range. Can It try just larger number?
Thanks

Is this a 50Hz or 60Hz install?
