So I've been browsing through the manuals, trying to find how to configure a channel with 2 CT's and I'm not finding anything. I have a hot tub, 240v with a neutral and when the pumps are running the system says it's only drawing 10w, as awesome as that would be, I highly doubt two water pumps only draw 10w and I wouldn't be surprised that the read value is thrown off with two CT's tied to the same plugs on the same channel as it would but the resistance in half, but I don't really know.
Any insite is appreciated.

Based on the information provided above it sounds like you have one of the CT's reversed which is cancelling out the energy readings. Simply unplug one of the CT's and confirm the wattage increases.

If it does, you need only reverse the CT wire inserted into the GEM's PJ to face the opposite direction, done.

You are absolutely correct.
After making the post yesterday I messed with the CTs and reverse one CT on each dual CT circuit and WALLA, all of them are showing the correct values.
Come to find out, the hot tub pulls about 4500W when all pumps are on at full speed.
The Dryer isn't a crazy efficient 300W but instead 3800W
The hot water tank wasn't showing any draw, now shows 4400W when running.

So could it be that one leg is 180 degrees out of phase with the other and by reversing one CT the meter is then reading them correctly?

Correct the single split phase is 180 degrees opposite.

Now, once you have confirmed all CT's are using the correct settings.

Indeed, I did do some ready of your posts, quite a bit of information, but I'm working through it and plan to do some fine tuning as time allows.
Currently I'm missing my 200Amp CTs for the mains as I made a mistake in my order, so I have to wait tell this next month to order those but am just happy to be able to see where the power is going!

One other question...
My volt meter shows about .8v more than the GEM is showing, can I adjust that or should I adjust it. I know a small amount of difference can be a large difference at the end of the month.
If I can adjust it I didn't see where I could adjust it.

In the GEM's web setup you need only adjust the PT value to match your True RMS DMM.

Once adjusted tab over to the live page in the GEM and watch that it matches the DMM.

OK, I'm not seeing a place to adjust the PT value...

You will adjust the PT Type up / down to match your True RMS DMM.

ahh, ok, done, I have it within about .2v. 187 seemed to do it for me, 188 puts me .8v over.

Well, now to do fine tuning, reading some of your posts and getting my mains online.
