Issue receiving data on Standalone Dashboard

I recently updated the firmware on my GEM to COM firmware ver: 4.33, ENG firmware ver: 1.49. After the update, I am no longer receiving data on the Standalone Dashboard. If I look at live data on the GEM, all channels are displaying correct data. However, if I look at raw data on the Standalone Dashboard, it appears only the temperature channel is being received.

Those WS values show 0 here also with proper data coming in.

Are they charting the correct values? If so, you're good to go.

Previously I was getting 0 values across the board, nothing was charting.

I changed the IP addresses on the GEM network tab, and then changed it back to the correct value for the Dashboard.

Now I'm getting some data. I get correct values, then 0 values, then correct values. My charts are all skewed, as it keeps plotting 0 values between real data.

What firmware did you upgrade from?

If it was before the 4 series, I'd suggest doing a factory reset under the Firmware tab and setting the GEM back up. We've had issues in the past with older firmware messing up some settings.

Under the Adv page in the GEM Web Setup make sure that your settings are similar to the attached settings.

It's important to make sure Flow Control is disabled as that can cause lockups when streaming data if you're using our communication modules.

Upgraded from 4.22.

All my settings on that page are the same except I have Reset Wh on Post set to disabled.

Ahh, that'll be your issue right there.

kWh are based on delta wattseconds (difference between this packet and your last packet). If you're resetting Wh every post, it's going to mess up as it'll detect a rollover every time. When it rolls over, your delta calculation turns into:

The Standalone will detect this as a fault and throw the packet away.

Did you reboot the COM firmware after? I'd do that to make sure it took hold.

Can you post your other settings screens on the GEM? I'll look through for issues.

I did reboot after the COM firmware upgrade. I have completely powered off and power back on a couple of times since.
