Re: Issue receiving data on Standalone Dashboard
I reversed the CT leads on channel 2 and the wattage remained negative.
Negatives are pretty consistent now. I believe NET is already tuned off on the negative channels? (1, 3 and 4)

Re: Issue receiving data on Standalone Dashboard
Wait... my bad... didn't notice the green/blue to indicate NET vs standard (not enough coffee yet this morning). I turned off NET on channel 1 and the wattage went positive. Did the same on 2 and 4 with the same results.
Should all channels be configured as standard?

Re: Issue receiving data on Standalone Dashboard
Based on your screen capture you have several channels still listed as NET because they are green instead of blue. I would try another save in the GEM so they return to a normal blue state.

Re: Issue receiving data on Standalone Dashboard
Did you reverse 1 set of leads or both sets of leads? You only want to reverse 1 set of the leads. For example, CH1 is likely 2 Split-200s, if you have the leads connected as: black/black, white/white, you'll now make them black/white, white/black.rgstech wrote:I reversed the CT leads on channel 2 and the wattage remained negative.

Your polarized counter is definitely incrementing, so it thinks power is running back into your system.
Absolute, Polarized:
c1=73116701063,73116701063
c1=73117303301,73117303301
c1=73117655140,73117655140
The polarized shouldn't increment unless you're running solar.

Re: Issue receiving data on Standalone Dashboard
So... progress. The live data on the GEM appears to be accurate now with no negative numbers. I do not have solar, so I'm unsure why the polarized counter is increasing.
I'm now back to my original issue of that data being reported correctly to the standalone dashboard. Right now, live data from the GEM shows channel 1 at 11,840 watts. At the standalone dashboard, channel 1 is being reported as 29,610 watts on the live data page. While the live data page shows values on all the channels, the loads page on the standalone dashboard shows 0 values across all channels.
Thanks again for all your help.

Re: Issue receiving data on Standalone Dashboard
I think what happened is those channels were set to NET and the PT got reversed (plugged in the opposing direction), that'll also reverse the polarity of all channels set to NET.rgstech wrote:So... progress. I think I found the issue, that version is filtering watt values greater than 10000 watts.rgstech wrote:Sent.
