I have (5) 1-wire temp sensors feeding my GEM. They feed from the interior of a freezer to a basement rec room. Usually reporting from -5F to 67F. This afternoon (2:05pm) they all began to read 32F. Everything else on the GEM is reading OK. All status indicators are green. System has been running in a steady state for 4 months with everything reporting properly.
I am running COM 4.0 and ENG 1.49. Any ideas on what has happened?
More importantly, any suggestions on how to recover those sensors? Should I just re-boot the GEM?
1-wire temp sensors unexpectedly all reset to 32F

- Validate in the GEM's live tab the same readings and this isn't an issue on the DB.
- I would confirm all three wires leading to the GEM are fully seated first.
- Verify that all of the wires feeding each sensor are not shorted.
- Confirm each sensor is operating correctly by removing all of them and adding one back until there is a fault.
- Upgrade to the latest COM firmware as there are several 1 wire fixes in place.

Re: 1-wire temp sensors unexpectedly all reset to 32F
So as a first step I just rebooted the GEM box. All sensors returned to their expected readings and have been stable for 20 hours now. Thus I suspect a glitch occurred in the GEM. So as a next step, I will update the GEM's COM firmware as the latest release indicates it addressed some 1-wire issues.
