Sure! Changed it and now it shows "nc C" under the temperature on Live Data.

Alright, do you have other 1 wire sensors available to add? If so can you add in as many as you have but remove the existing ones from the network.
Lastly, if that doesn't show any difference than can you down grade the GEM COM firmware to a lower version and report back what you see.

Is this is 50Hz unit or do you have it set to 50Hz? Check the Channel Option page for that setting.
If it's set to 50Hz you'll get a higher value.
The issue may be on our end with the temperature sensor. Given it starts with a 10 it's a DS18S20 not a DS18B20 (family codes are here in case they sent you the wrong type: http://owfs.sourceforge.net/family.html). We're going to look for compatibility issues with that sensor type.
EDIT: Paul looked into this and it should work.

What firmware did you upgrade from? I would consider doing a factory reset and starting from scratch.
There was an issue where upgrading from a much older firmware would scramble some memory values. That might be the issue if it's set to 50Hz and the issue with your temperature sensors (I saw it was showing 2 sensors although only 1 is enabled).

Sorry about the delay. Had an unplanned trip pop up. I upgraded from 2.56 (I believe) to 4.32. Id did confirm that it shows its on 60hz. I can try doing a factory reset on it this weekend. Thanks so much for ya'lls support!

Yeah, upgrading from 2.56 to 4.32 I'd definitely suggest a factory reset. We had some weird things happen upgrading from that old of a version before.brassfly wrote:Sorry about the delay. Also, make sure you Hardware Option is set correctly under the Firmware tab of the GEM Network Utility.

Re: 2 questions - 1 wire and PT Values
Ok, finally got the chance to reset to factory settings. I reset it in the GEM, and did a factory reset using the button on the bottom.
On the voltage, it went back to the PT Type = 194, Range = 3, Volt Reading = 356.2
It didn't reset the ROM codes on the temp sensors, and it still shows nc C (which I interpret as not connected Celsius) for the temperatures.
On the live data page, it didn't reset my watt-hours, or counters (of which I have none).
I'd be willing to try anything else!

Default PT value is 194 / 4 not 194 / 3. Please change it and let me know the base value. If it's close to the line voltage adjust it until its dead on.

Ok, set to 194/4 and we get a voltage of 178.2v. Its set on 60hz.

Re: 2 questions - 1 wire and PT Values
Alright dial the 194 value referencing your DMM to the outlet the PT is plugged into and try to get as close to what the DMM indicates as the line voltage.
