Can't save new utility rate in Dashbox

I initially set my rate based on the last bill, but decided to update it to include taxes/fees/etc. I deleted the original and filled out the "Setup a new Rate" fields - but it won't save it. What now?

Nevermind - I see you have to have a starting and ending date for the rate (even if one doesn't exist) to get it to save.
