I had my GEM offline for a bit as I could not get it to reliably communicate with the standalone dashboard. I gave up on that and recently paid up for a dashbox. But in trying to get that setup I'm running in to issues again. it worked for a day or so but now shows last packet received over a week ago.

I go to the setup page for my GEM and see this.

COM firmware ver: 4.0
ENG firmware ver: 1.49
RealTime Status: ON
Packet Send Interval: 15
Pri. Packet Format: 4
Sec. Packet Format: 4
Sys Status: Err2

How do I resolve the Err2 status and get it working reliably with the dashbox?

Also, just about every other click on the Setup page menus drops me back to the entry screen with only the "Enter Setup Mode" button. What is up with that?

Can you provide a screen capture of the advanced tab in the GEM.

Also did you ever power down the GEM for an extended period of time?

Lastly, can you show me the DB baud rate, system, and the other various tabs in the DB.
