GEM pulse counters....loosing counts.....a possible bug

Thanks. I have installed the firware and will test it over the next week or so and let you know how it goes.

But on first look it seems to be working. I jumpered closed ch 3 and ch 4 seems to still be counting pulses. So far so good.

Uploaded the COM F/W version with the changes today also.
