6 minute pause every 16 minutes

Hi all,

I'm getting my GEM set up to send data to http://www.mysolarstats.com. The GEM is posting and the site is collecting data, however, their support tells me that my data stream pauses every 16 minutes for 6 minutes.

I made a few changes to the setup on the GEM to get it configured but don't see anything relevant that would have caused this behavior. If it was happening on SEG I didn't notice it when I was using that site.

Thanks for any tips how I could track this down.

Do you have COM1 Auto Reset enabled? If so, what's the value?

Is this a WiFi/Ethernet module?

The com 1 auto reset value is '3'.

The com 1 auto reset value is '3'.

Try turning COM1 Auto Reset off, or crank it to 250.
