Upgrade GEM firmware

I purchased a GEM 2 years ago, and it has been working fine. I've been connected to SEG, but am trying to setup the Stand Along Dashboard, which I'm having problems with, but will create a different topic for.

In the mean time, I'm decided to try to upgrade the GEMs firmware. Here are my current versions/setting from the GEM status page:

Where do I get the firmware upgrade files? I logged in brultech.com and went to the download pages, but didn't see the firmware.

When you enter the software section to the top right is a silver gog that says *firmware*.
You must be logged into this section to obtain the Engine / COM firmware.

I did login, but didn't see it, Maybe I entered my GEM serial number wrong or something. Is there a way to view my profile to verify?

Ok. I created a new user and entered my serial number again, and now I see the firmware.
