Hello all, I have just set up my GEM, and it installed very easy. I also set up the stand-alone software (v2.0) from the web site on a local server I have. I am finding that the GEM is not posting the data to the web site. I know it is reading the data (as I can look at the feeds from the status) and I know it is not Sending them to the stand-alone software as I do not see any entries in the access log.
Any thoughts on this? I am running the following code (right out of the box)
COM firmware ver: 3.25
ENG firmware ver: 1.49
If I go into the config system (on port 80) it shows I have version 4.0.
Any thoughts, or ideas of what I have wrong? Everything looks ok... would love to get this posting the data so I can review it historically.

Re: GEM doesnt post data to Standalone Monitor
In the interim can you set up your GEM to send the data to SEG. Please follow the user guide in the download section in the forum.
Please also upgrade the COM firmware to 4.0.
This will at least get some data to be stored and recorded for historic review.

Re: GEM doesnt post data to Standalone Monitor
After you configure the GEM, you need to set whatever communication module you have to point at where you've hosted the Standalone software.
This will vary based on comm. module. Most likely however you have WiFi/Ethernet, if so you can try either of these methods:
- Go to the Network tab in the GEM Setup Webpage, and configure the remote information there.
- Go to the WiFi/Ethernet settings, and configure the "Application Settings" to Client mode.
