GEM wireless only not showing up in networks

Just received a new GEM wireless only unit and am trying to configure it. When I first powered it up it appeared as a network and I was able to connect to it. I set the network IP address and router address but mistyped the SSID. Now it doesn't show up anywhere. I tried pressing the PB and put it into AP mode but it never shows up in my available networks. What can I do?

I was able to connect using RS232 and change the SSID.
