Temp sensor spike

Post by phoenixsecure » Thu Aug 28, 2014 11:39 am

Hi,

I have 5 temp sensor and most of the time they are ok. But every day at around 6 AM I get a low spike on some of the sensor, not always the same, sometimes just 1 sometimes 2-3. Temp go down for a min or two, then its ok for the rest of the day. I have also seen same behavior at around 8PM but its rare.

The low spike can be just some degree and sometimes as much as 500. And this is occuring at the same time every day.

Any idea?

There are two beta releases in the software section. 4.1.7b is the latest release for trial and resolves many bugs and adds quite a few new features.

I meant GEM firmwares, but you could also update your DashBox.

ok I upgraded my GEM to latest firmwares and also my Dashbox. Will see tommorow if I still have the spike.

Another quick question, I have a GEM on com1 and 1240 on com2, if i connect to 8001 I see my GEM web site, if I want to manage my 1240, how do I connect?

Thanks.

Use Port 8002 with the IA software and you should be able to modify it.

Ok upgraded my GEM and Dash to latest firmware.

First 2 days I had no spike so I thought it was ok but then it started again, still same thing, spike around 6AM and at around 8PM.

Any idea?

Did you upgrade the GEM to COM 3.16 / Engine 1.49? They were released a few days ago.
