GEM will not connect to PC

First I had the port 5001 error with the lookout citadel server. I was able to figure that out with some great information found on these forums. Now I'm having an issue getting the GEM Network Utility to connect. I followed the Ethernet setup instructions and have attempted both DHCP and Static Ip addresses with no success. Any ideas?

Sorry this is a GEM-E Ethernet only. And yes I tried a second Ethernet chord :D This is a new unit, and I am showing both LED lights lit and yellow/orange lights at the ethernet card.

Sent you an email. If you can see it with the GEM Network Utility, it's probably something very small holding you back such as an incorrect baud rate, or stuck in Client mode.
