Yeah, if that syncs then your internet connection is fine.

Can you take a screenshot of your SEG page (blank out the token id)?

I believe he meant the actual web page at the Smart Energy Group not in the Dash Box.

Ryan,

Would you please post up all of the GEM set up tab settings either here or via PM. Please also provide a screen capture of the Network Tool.

You didn't change any of the values in the individual streams did you? Such as calibration (1) or the stream name?

Can you select one stream and post up what it looks like for us. The stream name should be e_1, e_2 etc which denotes energy.

I know in the GEM prior to using the Dash Box people were supposed to use the format 14 (New SEG format) which did all of the heavy lifting when sending out the data and set up in Packet Send tab.

Your Raw Data above is correct it must be something really silly I believe.

Had a problem like this once.

I would try manually creating a device with the same Node ID then trying Discovery again.
