Brute force remote access for the naive and primitive

I needed remote access to ECM 1240 data, but couldn't set up a server at the ECM 1240 location (no access to router/firewall), and didn't want to mess with btmon. If you're in the same boat, I wrote a VBScript script that works with Windows Task Scheduler to periodically upload the entire database (don't laugh) to a web server, and a simple PHP/SQLite web page to display the data. Works fine if the DB isn't too large, and the internet upload speed is reasonably fast.
If you already have a PHP server set up on the same computer as your database, then the web page can be used to display your data without uploading.
A demo of the web page and a download link for the files is available here: http://www.bile.tv/brultech/ (it's a cheap host, so the server is kind of slow).
