In response to Google PowerMeter going away, I wrote an Crestron module to POST data to PlotWatt. It works in conjunction with Allan Gates Crestron module.
You will need EngineG running on a PC with data forwarding turned on. On the Crestron processor, Allan's module opens a direct socket with EngineG. My module then receives ECM serial packets from Allan's module and POSTs data to PlotWatt.
