mtools 1.1.3 with btmon 3.1.1

mtools version 1.1.3 is now available at:

http://lancet.mit.edu/mwall/projects/power

this includes btmon 3.1.1, which includes a fix for a bug in the readbytes method of SocketServerCollector. this should eliminate the problems many people experienced when collecting data from an ecm1240 emitting real-time packets in client mode.
