How do I configure this? Under help it shows.

Setting the IP address and port number of the ECM Server Software (default: IP=127.0.0.1 on port 8084)

My ECM Engine 2.48 is running on a PC with the IP address of 10.0.0.249. What port should I use? Do I need to config forward data? Under TCP/IP Port A it is set to port 6939. I run a web server on that box using port 9009 that hosts the Brultech data.

Under the Forward Data menu, there's an option called "Home Automation Plugin". You want to go to Custom and set it as a TCP/IP Server, probably just set the TCP/IP server port to 8084.
