The ECM-1220 along with its available options, will handle almost any electrical "load monitoring" application found in Residential, Commercial and Light Industrial settings.

Our monitors have always been capable of monitoring one or two 120V loads simultaneously or a "split phase" 120V/240V load or panel. Now with ECM-1220, many more types of applications are possible.

The ECM-1220 is now capable of monitoring two "split-phase" 240V loads or one "split-phase" 240V load plus one 120V at the same time. This feature is perfect for such applications as:

  • Monitoring a main panel + a sub-panel connected to the main

  • Recording the energy received from the Power Company along with that of an Inverter powered from a PV system or Wind Generator.

One of the ECM-1220's newest feature allows the monitoring of 120V/208V two phase loads supplied by a 3-phase source. Previously, a monitor in the $1,000 range would have been required for this type of application. Using a proprietary technique, the ECM-1220 can now do this by means of an installation that has never been so simple!
